SUITES:
All suites are non-smoking. The hotel does not permit a rollaway in any
suites due to fire laws.
The Ocean View Suites have a spectacular view of the ocean, beach and swimming pools. Each suite has an individual step-out balcony, and a sofa bed in the living room. Two types of suites are available:

One-Bedroom Ocean View Suite
Each one-bedroom suite has a king bedroom and a dining room that seats four. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children, or three adults. -
Two-Bedroom Ocean View Suite
The two-bedroom suites have a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two twins in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a connecting bathroom, and the dining room seats six. Maximum occupancy is five adults in this 1,400 square foot suite.
The beachfront portion of our resort is a three-minute stroll across the street from the main hotel. The ground floor contains two beautiful outdoor swimming pools and a swim up bar, its own lobby and concierge, and a fully equipped fitness room.

- Ocean
Front Suite
Each of our two-bedroom Ocean Front Suites features a large 680 square foot, fully furnished terrace directly overlooking the white sands of Seven Mile Beach and the crystal clear Caribbean Sea.
These colorfully decorated suites contain a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Each suite also offers a kitchenette, a dining room seating six people, and two bathrooms, for an overall indoor measurement of 1,400 square feet.
The beachfront portion of our resort is a three-minute stroll across the street from the main hotel. The ground floor contains two beautiful outdoor swimming pools and a swim up bar, its own lobby and concierge, and a fully equipped fitness room.

These two-level open loft suites offer a view of the golf course, courtyard, pool, or garden area. They feature a living room and a half bathroom on the first floor and a king size bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.

- The Georgetown Suite
The George Town Suite is the second of of our most luxurious suites. Like our Deluxe Suites, it has two levels, but is approximately twice as large. The king size bedroom is located on the second floor, and has a full bathroom.

- Governor's Suite
The Governor's Suite is the most luxurious suite in the hotel. The attention to detail in unsurpassed, and truly fit for the Governor himself.
This suite has two levels, and is triple the size of a Standard guest room. The king size bedroom is located on the second floor, and has a full bathroom.

- The Villas
The elegance of British colonial architecture beckons you into the luxurious interiors of the Britannia Villas.
Situated along the Britannia Golf Course amidst lush tropical gardens and waterways, each individually owned and decorated villa has one to four bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a private terrace or wraparound balcony extending from its fully furnished living area.
All villa guests enjoy the five-star quality services, amenities, and beach facilities of the adjacent Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman Hotel and Resort. A stay in the villas also includes exclusive use of Britannia pools and Health Club.

- Hemingways: This freestanding beachside restaurant is so popular on the island that advance reservations are a must. The casual ambience of Hemingways dining room overlooking Seven Mile Beach, combined with the award-winning, sophisticated Caribbean cuisine, are reasons why Hemingways has been the island's most popular restaurant for over ten years. The ambience is like none other. With the wide-open spaces, your thoughts are drawn to summers past. All it takes is a table with a beach view, a nice Fumé Blanc and a plate of super-fresh seafood. - Rum Point Restaurant: Spectacular Caribbean cuisine prepared in the island's only display kitchen featuring panoramic views of the North Sound. The restaurant's unique Caribbean decor features abstract marine life created by local artists and has become an island attraction. Rum Point Restaurant specializes in seafood, caught by local fishermen on a daily basis. Certainly the opportunity to sample Caribbean cuisine at its best. Reservations are recommended. Our Champagne Sunday Brunch is like no other in Cayman, with its unlimited variety of international cuisine to delight the palate. Seafood Buffet at the Hyatt
Every Tuesday night the Garden Loggia Cafe is the host of the islands' most spectacular Seafood Buffet, with an enormous array of aquatic delicacies, including Maine Lobster prepared to order. As a perfect accompaniment to your dining experience, you will be entertained by the very popular local band, Hi-Tide. Reservations are recommended for Sunday Brunch and Seafood Buffet.

Located on the North Side of the island, just a short ferry ride away. We have everything you need for a perfect island get away; the idyllic beach setting of fine white sand and crystal clear water, surrounded by picturesque Casuarina trees. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the shallow aquamarine sea then grab a picnic table and enjoy a delightful lunch outdoors, washing it down with a world renowned "Mudslide" from our Wreck Bar and Grill. Then take a well-deserved siesta in one of our many hammocks, or stroll along the picturesque beach. Rise and Run with Chuck: Come and enjoy a brisk twenty minute run along Seven Mile Beach or Britannia Golf Course - Pools & Jacuzzis: The main hotel features Aquas Pool, a 1 / 3 acre free-form swimming pool with a swim-up bar and a 15-person Jacuzzi. Our Beach Suites on Seven Mile Beach have two pools, with a swim-up bar overlooking the ocean and a Jacuzzi overlooking the pools. These pools are wheelchair accessible, and towels are available at the huts beside the pools. No life guard is on duty at these pools.
- Tennis: Two lighted tennis courts are exclusively for the use of our hotel and Villa guests. The Concierge can also arrange for tennis lessons from our resident tennis pro, John Goldenberg. John played for the University of Miami, holds Level One coach instructor certification in Canada, played on the SE Asia pro tour for six years, was the junior national coach for Japan for two years, and currently competes in summer satellite tournaments. John can teach the fundamentals to beginners, or can polish off the skills of a seasoned veteran. Complimentary tennis racquets are available from the Concierge before 6:00 pm daily.

- Red Sail Sports: Red Sail Sports is the Hyatt's own exclusive full water sports operation, located at the Hyatt Beach and at Rum Point. - Catamaran Sailing: Set sail aboard the 65-foot Spirit of Poseidon, 65-foot Spirit of Ppalu, or 62-foot Spirit of Cayman located at the Hyatt dock. These state-of-the-art luxury catamarans are equipped with lounge seating, shade area, restrooms and huge sunbathing nets. Choose either a lunch or snorkeling adventure to the famous Stingray City, a cocktail sunset cruise or a romantic dinner sail with the Caribbean sky as your backdrop.
- Lunch / Snorkel Sail: Enjoy a trip to Stingray City where you can snorkel with and pet large numbers of friendly southern stingrays and explore the nearby fringing coral reef. A sumptuous, gourmet, deli-style lunch, catered by the Hyatt, is served on board. Glass-bottom boat snorkel trips are available from Rum Point. Not available on Sundays.

GOLF HYATT
Visitors to Grand
Cayman marvel at its mix of British and Caribbean cultures. This
rare blend permeates the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman, including its
centerpiece, the Britannia Golf and Beach Club.
This Scottish-style course designed by Jack Nicklaus is actually
three courses in one. Off the regulation tees, it plays as a
par-35, nine-hole course. Play the additional nine greens and
tees, and it's a par-57, 18-hole executive course. Or you can tee
up the revolutionary restricted-flight "Golden Bear Cayman
Ball" and play a par-71, 18-hole round.
Reminiscent of legendary courses such as Royal Troon, Turnberry
and Berkdale on the other side of the Atlantic, Nicklaus has
sculpted a picturesque course with a Scottish flair, featuring
grassy mounds, rolling dunes, lakes and oversized bunkers. The
course has all the natural challenges and hazards of a traditional
seaside or links layout. On some holes blind tee shots, pot
bunkers and two-tiered greens test the golfer. On the 5th hole,
the tee shot must carry over the Caribbean Sea, while on the
breathtaking 562-yard hole 9, three different shots will carry you
over water hazards.
No matter how you play, you'll truly enjoy this unique and
challenging course.

A Two-Way Course:
The Britannia course is unique in that it can be played two different ways: as a Championship course, or as an Executive course. The Cayman Ball is optional on Mondays and Fridays. Located right here on this property, Britannia will challenge every golfer from the novice to the pro!
On Monday, Wednesday, Friday all day and Sunday mornings, we offer the Executive format. This consists of 18 shorter length holes: 15 par 3s and three par 4s (par 57 - yardage 2,759 - slope rating 83).
On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday all day and Sunday in the afternoon, the course is set up as a nine-hole Regulation layout that you play twice from different tees. Par 70 (35 for each nine holes) - yardage 5,829 - slope rating 135).
The Executive course takes approximately three hours to play while the Regulation course takes two hours to play nine holes.
- The Clubhouse: In addition to the unique course, Britannia offers a clubhouse with a pro shop, clinics and tournaments for golfers of all skill levels. Callaway rental clubs are available in the event that you left yours at home. PGA professional instruction is also available, as well as a fully stocked golf shop featuring men's apparel from Ashworth, Cutter and Buck, and Tommy Hilfiger and ladies' attire from EP, Pro, Bette & Court and Izod Club, to name just a few!
- Pro's Corner: As a guest of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman you will receive priority booking 48 hours in advance for tee times! Non-hotel guests may reserve tee times up to 24 hours in advance. - The 19th Hole: The Britannia Golf Club and Grille, a restaurant and lounge, is open to the public and offers an outstanding menu and first-class service. Hours: 11 am to 10 pm
CAMP HYATT
Camp Hyatt is a children's program especially designed for potty trained children three to twelve years of age. Children can join in the fun and make new friends daily while participating in a variety of hands-on activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Our staff are highly trained professionals, and ensure a fun-filled day with individual attention as well as group interaction.
Children can visit the Cayman Turtle Farm for a close-up look at green sea turtles from babies to turtles over 100 years old. Then it's on to explore the spiky coral beginnings of the island.
