ACCOMMODATIONS
All guest hallways, rooms and suites are
re-carpeted and all room furniture has been refinished. Room amenities include
telephone, television, radio, fan, air conditioning, servi-bar, coffeemaker,
hairdryer, iron and ironing board, in room safe.
- GUESTROOM: 2 doubles beds, rooftop view, sliding window, all located on the 3rd floor.
- GARDENVIEW: located on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors, limited view (no view of the water), all rooms have step out balcony, 1 queen/1 double or 1 king.
- OCEAN/ISLANDVIEW: located on 4th through 8th floors, 1 double/1 queen bed or 1 king, step out balcony. Partial view of the ocean and of the island.
- OCEAN/POOLVIEW: located on 4th through 8th floors, 1 double/1 queen bed or 1 king, step out balcony. Rooms offer partial Oceanview or view of the interior pool side of the resort.
- REGENCY CLUB ROOM: located on the 9th floor has partial ocean view, 1 double/1 queen bed, step out balcony. Complimentary continental breakfast and evening hors deouvres with wine. Regency Club rooms are enhanced with upgraded amenities and step-out French balcony.
- PETITE SUITES: 1 bedroom unit, located on 5th-8th floors. Living room offers a garden view and with a small step out balcony. Living room opens up to the master bedroom offering a king bed which overlooks the island. No private door for privacy to separate bedroom from living room.

restaurants on the Island, Ruinas del Mar or Ruins of the Sea, is a casually
elegant restaurant surrounded by lush landscaping, waterfalls, koi fish and
black swans.

A casual 50-seat Italian Dinner Café, serving fresh Pastas, Pizzas and
traditional Italian dishes. Our chef prepares your gourmet "Master
pizzas" and Northern Italian classics in our brick oven display
kitchen. Café Piccolo also features specialty Italian wines by the glass,
and a selection of Grappas.

display kitchen offers many Seafood and Grilled Specialties, in addition to
innovative Salads and Sandwiches. Specialty Nights include Monday’s
